MountainMC Launch

This past week a new Survival Minecraft server has launched to the public. It is called MountainMC. It is run by a number of experienced Minecrafters, who’s goal was to make a fun game experience. The server has been in the works for the last few months, and is finally open to the public after a closed Beta.

It currently has a small, but growing active player base. A lot of hard work has been put in from all involved using the skills, and knowledge they have to come together to bring a new, and unique experience to the Minecraft community.

We had a short interview with the owners of the server. To get their thoughts on the server , the favorite part about the server, and finally what we have to look forward to in the future.

What can you tell us about the server
MountainMC Is a server with tons custom and unique features, We are always adding new features.

What is your favorite part of the server
Favorite part of the server is the community we have. Each player plays a part in the growth of MountainMC.

Why did you want to make your own server
The main reason i wanted to make my own server is, because i was tired of the bigger servers not listening to their members on what issues there were.

What sets your server apart from others
I think what sets us apart is our active development team and a community driven player base.

Without leaking information, what are some future plans
We are currently working on a new gamemode, That will be out soon, Name starts with a S and ends with K.

What can you tell us about the server
It’s a survival server as of right now. We have future plans to add another gamemode which is in development right now.

What is your favorite part of the server
Definitely the player base how well everyone gets along with each other.

Why did you want to make your own server
Actually, Fire started this server along with a few others and I came on in June because I wanted to help out. I saw the server was not going anywhere so I offered my help to fire and now we are here.

What sets your server apart from others
What sets our server apart is that we listen to the community and work endlessly to please the community. Also, all of our staff actually communicate with the community from jr mods to the owners. We want the server to be the best for our players to enjoy.

Without leaking information, what are some future plans?
We are in works of another gamemode that is winter themed.
